As a child, Michael visited investment properties with his father on weekends.  He has been immersed in understanding, confronting, and negotiating real estate disputes ever since.  He views real estate disputes first and foremost from the client’s lens.  While “winning” for some clients may mean success at trial, Michael understands the “business-minded” approach that most real estate clients need.  For many, this means resolving disputes and handling transactions in a timely, cost-effective manner while remaining mindful of the client’s short-term and long-term concerns.
